Round here — MK19

MK19 — Hanslope, Cosgrove and the villages north of the river

The villages up here are stitched together by narrow crossings — a canal bridge at Cosgrove, a river bridge on the way to Haversham, a lane that gets water across it every winter and comes back with the surface torn up.

That's where most of our MK19 work comes from. Not dramatic driving, just roads that quietly wreck tyres over a season.

What we get called out for round here

  • Broken edges and potholes on the lanes that flood round Haversham and Castlethorpe
  • Wheels caught on the narrow bridge approaches near Cosgrove
  • Punctures from grit and stone on the farm roads near Hanslope and Long Street
  • A tyre found flat on a village drive in Deanshanger before an early start
