Van-side tyres
Booked in on the drive, or at work while you get on
Not everything is an emergency. A good deal of this is somebody in Wheathampstead who would rather keep their Saturday, or somebody in Fleetville who would sooner give up a lunch hour in the office car park than a morning in a waiting room. We take a slot, bring the tyres out, and knock when it is done. You carry on with whatever you were doing.
How the job runs
- A time you are actually given, not ‘sometime this afternoon’ when you have somewhere to be
- Quiet closes and office decks both, so long as a van can get alongside
- Keep a winter set in the garage? Say so and we will plan the swap
- The old tyres go with us and the drive is left as we found it

How much notice do you need?
For a common size, often a day. For a particular brand or an odd fitment, give us a little longer so we turn up with the tyre you asked for instead of the nearest thing to it.
The office car park is underground. Is that a problem?
Tell us the height on the sign. Some of the St Albans decks are tight enough that we would sooner know before being nose-first at the ramp. If it is too low, meet us on the street outside instead.
