Van-side tyres
Booked fitting on the drive or in the office car park
Not every job is a blow-out. Plenty of people in Wheathampstead and Sandridge would rather use a lunch hour on the office car park than lose a Saturday to a fitting centre. We book a window, bring the tyres, and leave you with a car that is ready for the school run or the M1 in the morning.
What that means on the ground
- A booked slot, not ‘sometime this afternoon’ if you need to be somewhere
- Quiet residential closes as well as office parks
- Seasonal swaps if you keep a second set — say so when you enquire
- We tidy the work area; we are on someone else’s driveway
Questions we get
How far ahead should I book?
For a planned pair on a popular size, a day’s notice is often enough. For a specific brand or an odd size, give us longer so we are not promising rubber we have not got.
What if the car park has a barrier?
Mention it. St Albans office stacks and underground ramps catch people out. We would rather know the clearance than reverse out again.
