Terms
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Booking Bumblebee Mobile Tyres means the job runs on the terms below. They are short on purpose. If something here does not suit you, say so on the phone before the van sets off.
The figure we give you
A price quoted on the phone or over WhatsApp is for the job as you have described it. If the size turns out different, a wheel is damaged, or the car cannot be worked on safely where it is standing, the work pauses and you get a fresh figure. You are free to say no at that point.
Turning up
Any time we give is a best guess, not a guarantee. A job ahead of yours that runs long, or the M1 stopping at junction 9, will move it, and we would sooner ring and say so than leave you watching the street. A spot we judge unsafe to work in is one we can decline.
What we will not do
A tyre that should not be mended does not get mended, however much anybody would prefer it. Same with a cracked wheel, and same with a car parked somewhere it cannot be jacked without putting a person in traffic. In those cases you get the reason and the alternative.
Paying
Payment is due once the work is finished, unless something else was agreed beforehand. Card is the usual way. A tyre or a battery stays ours until the money has gone through.
If a tyre gives trouble afterwards
Wheels go back on to the torque figure the vehicle maker states, and we stand behind the fitting itself. The tyre is the manufacturer’s product and carries the manufacturer’s own warranty; if one fails, tell us and we will take a look.
What is written on these pages
The pages here describe the work and the ground we drive, and they are written to be accurate rather than complete. The towns we take on are the ones set out on the round here pages. Nothing on this site is a promise to be on a particular street at a particular hour.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
