MK7 — Kents Hill, Caldecotte and Walnut Tree
Caldecotte Lake draws cars all year, and lakeside parking means loose stone, glass and the odd bit of buried metal. It's a regular source of punctures that nobody sees happening.
Kents Hill and Walnut Tree are the settled residential side, and the Open University campus adds visitors who've driven a long way and want to get home again.
What we get called out for round here
- Punctures from the gravel and glass in the parking round Caldecotte Lake
- Screws and offcuts through van tyres on the Tilbrook estate roads
- Visitors finding a flat at the Open University with a long journey ahead
- Kerbed wheels on the narrow estate turns through Browns Wood and Old Farm Park
