Round here — LU4
LU4 — Leagrave, Lewsey Farm and the streets by Kenilworth Road
Anyone who has parked near Kenilworth Road on a matchday knows what it does to wheels. Cars go in nose first, come out at an angle, and the kerbs there have taken decades of it.
The rest of LU4 is Leagrave, Challney, Hockwell Ring and Lewsey Farm — busy roads, plenty of speed humps, and a hospital where people finish a shift too tired to deal with a flat.
What we get called out for round here
- Kerbed and cracked rims from squeezing into matchday spaces near Kenilworth Road
- Flats found in the staff and visitor parking at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital
- Speed-hump scuffing and sidewall damage on the Lewsey Farm and Hockwell Ring roads
- Screws picked up round the back of the industrial units near Leagrave
