LU6 — Dunstable, the Downs and the villages under them
Dunstable town centre is stop-start all day, which is hard on tyres that are already past their best. Add the Quadrant Shopping Centre parking and you've got most of our town work in one place.
Then the ground rises. Dunstable Downs, Whipsnade, Studham and Kensworth are up on chalk and flint, with steep lanes and verges that give way in the wet. Totternhoe and Sewell have quarry-scarred roads of their own.
